Engagement Shoot Nerves
My gorgeous clients Eloise and Eytan just got engaged so their plans for a party and a wedding are fast becoming a reality. I spoke to them on Zoom and it became apparent that neither of them had been in front of a professional photographer since their Bar and Bat Mitzvah!!! As their chosen wedding photographer, I promised they needn’t feel nervous at all. Especially as something I can offer is an opportunity to stroll around the park to get the vibes flowing.
I wanted my nervous couple to feel totally at ease with my style and my direction and to know that I’d take such great care of them from the very start of our relationship even if their booking was 12 weeks away instead of the 12 months away.
As a side note, my top tip for anyone reading this, it may just resonate with you. In the current age of social media, many people have a deep-seated history of discomfort in front of the camera which can make anyone extremely nervous. However, it's important to remember that photos capture moments of authenticity, vulnerability, and genuine emotions and lead to genuinely beautiful and unique images. These images will tell a story for years to come not only for your own memory but for your children and their children!!! I invite you to remember this for the journey to your wedding day and beyond!!
I truly loved these images and testament to the emotional quality of these images, I could not be more happy for Elouise and Eytan’s engagement shoot in London. I simply can’t wait to shoot their stunning Jewish wedding in 2024.
